Where can I park?

Each unit comes with one assigned parking spot in the underground garage, matching your unit number. Visitor parking is available on the street or in the 4 marked visitor stalls near the main entrance.

When is garbage collected?

Garbage is picked up every Monday and Thursday morning. Recycling (blue bins) goes out on Thursdays only. Please place bins at the curb by 7am.

How do I pay rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay by e-transfer to [email protected], or by post-dated cheque delivered to the office. A 5-day grace period applies before late fees.

Are pets allowed?

Cats and small dogs (under 25 lbs) are welcome with a one-time $250 pet deposit and a signed pet addendum. Please keep pets on leash in common areas.

What are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am every day, with extended quiet hours on Sundays until 10am. Please keep music and TV volumes respectful during these times.
